Rental terms (summary)

Every booking is covered by a written holiday rental agreement, sent before any payment. It states the house, dates, number of guests, total price, tourist tax and the terms below.

Deposit (arrhes). The booking is confirmed when we receive a deposit of 30% of the total. If the guest cancels, the deposit is kept by the owner, unless the agreement provides more favourable terms. If the owner cancels, they refund twice the deposit, as required by French law.

Balance. Payable by bank transfer 15 days before arrival, or on arrival.

Security deposit. Amount, timing and refund period to be defined. It is separate from the price of the stay.

Capacity and pets. The number of guests may not exceed the capacity of the house. Pets are welcome if declared, for an extra fee, except category 1 and 2 dogs.

The French version of these terms and the signed agreement prevail.

Personal data

The information in the form (name, contact details, dates, guests, message) is used only to answer your request and manage your stay. It reaches us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). We keep it for 3 years after your last stay and do not use it for marketing without your consent.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to your email. You may also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).

Video surveillance

Cameras record some outdoor areas of the estate (areas to be specified) for the safety of people and property. There are no cameras inside the houses. Retention period to be specified.
